So, we reached the end of Chapter 1 yesterday.  Sorry for the delay.  Many things conspired against me this last weekend.  Nothing special to say about Comic #11.

 As for PtP #1, this is something I did back in 2005 when I first made LfD.  I don't like how this came out completely, but since this is supposed to just be something relaxing for me, I didn't worry too much about it.

We've made it to 10.  I think I've been staying on track rather well. 

As for today's comic, this is the first time I've ever really tried to draw a proper car.  I guess it could have gone worse...

Grim in his full Reaper form didn't turn out quite right.  It looks fine except that I think he's a bit too large compared to everyone else. 

And for once, Anubis actually didn't want to be drawn.  I guess it's because he was in his half-jackal form.  I think he likes his human form better.  Which is gonna be a pain in the ass when I do his backstory as an Easter Egg.  There's gonna be a lot of full jackal in there.

Sneak peek: The contract is finalized and it's the end of Chapter 1.  I'm glad Chapter 1 felt inclined to end on a Friday.

Monday is a Pardon the Parody. I plan to do this every chapter.  It has nothing to do with the comic or anything.  It's just the characters stepping out of character after each chapter and saying something cute.

Wednesday is only going to be the cover art to Chapter 2.

Friday, chapter two really starts.

Just in time for Easter, we have our first Easter Egg. (Remember that it will be on the Life for Death pages, only.)

 This one is simple to find.  If you know the address to the newest comic, you'll find it on that page.  There's only one little symbol out of place.

Well, it's a good sign that I'm keeping up with the blog, for now.  I crap out on these things quickly.

 #8: This comic didn't ink quite the way I wanted it to.  However, it is the first comic on our ad free site.  So I'm quite happy. 

I do like Grim's first panel, though the rest (except for the last) really suck, imo.  I blame it on the fever...but I wanted to get 3 comics done this week.

I've gone back over the bubbles I draw by hand with circles in MS Paint.  I think it helps it.

Sneak peek: Next week we see Grim remove his hood.  He also explains the first half of the rules for the agreement between the AoD and Nathaniel.

Yay for the Community Blog!  Feel free to post to here.  The only problem is that you have to get an angelfire or lycos account to do so.

 So, as for #7...I wanted to get the full look of the AoD and Anubis.  Especially since you won't get to see her 'normal' outfit until the Epilogue after they've completed their agreement.  I may not have another chance to do a full image within the comic. 

Anubis?  He just wanted to be drawn full, as well.  He can't be outshone.

Now, you might notice that when Anubis is speaking, Nathan looks in the direction of the AoD and opposite as the latter speaks.  Remember that he's viewing them as we'd be viewing them.  Anubis is on the left, the AoD is on the right.  So he looks to his left first then to his right.

Sneak peek: (I'll be stating what you'll see in the next comic.  Nothing that gives it away, just little tidbits.) Tomorrow's comic will be the first glimpse of the Grim Reaper.  You'll have to wait til Monday to see his face, though.

Another sneak peek: We were planning to have at least one Easter Egg up on the site by Easter.  However, I haven't heard from the person helping me get those ready, so I guess you'll just have to wait.  Sorry.  I may drop hints in the blog where you can find Eggs once they're actually on the site, however.
